- Three things I am grateful forEvery day at 21:45Write three specific things from today, however small: the bus that came on time, a kind message.
- Read 20 minutesEvery day at 21:00Twenty minutes of a book, on paper or an e-reader, in place of the phone before bed.
- Time outside without a screenEvery dayFifteen minutes outdoors with the phone in your pocket: a walk round the block, a park bench, the garden by the void deck.
