Fewer dropped balls
Days and times are the pack's own. Change any of them after you add it.
- Keys, wallet, phone in one spotEvery day at 19:00The moment you get home, put them in the same bowl or on the same hook by the door. Tick it when they are there.
- Empty your headEvery day at 21:00Two minutes: write every "I must" into one list, this app's tasks or a notebook. Anything with a date gets the date.
- Check tomorrowEvery day at 21:15Look at tomorrow's calendar: where, when, what to bring. Anything you need to take goes by the door now.
- Ten-minute startEvery day at 10:00Pick the job you have been putting off, set a ten-minute timer and start. Stop when it rings if you want to; most days you will not.
- Clear the lettersEvery Wed at 20:00Open every letter, email and app notice from the bank, IRAS, CPF, the school or the town council. Act on it, put it in the diary, or file it; nothing stays unread.
- Sunday resetEvery Sun at 18:00Twenty minutes: clear the list, look at the week ahead, reply to anything waiting, charge what needs charging. Fresh sheets and a clear desk make Monday feel new.
About this pack
For full lives where things slip: the form not signed, the bill found late, the keys lost again. Each routine takes minutes, and together they stop your memory doing the work a list and a bowl by the door can do.
