About this template
For hiring one role. Good candidates drop out when a hiring process goes quiet for a week. A board shows who is stuck at which stage.
Each candidate is a card that moves across the columns. The first column holds the setup jobs for the role itself.
Tips from the template
- Add one card per candidate with their name and where they came from.
- Move a card the day the stage changes.
- Reply to every candidate. The ones you turn down get a reply too.
