About this template
A conference is worth what you do the week after it. This project plans one: the sessions and people picked in advance, a daily note during, and the follow-ups and the write-up in the week back.
Tips from the template
- Set the conference dates on the day tasks.
- Pick five people to meet before you go; message them in advance.
- The write-up is due within a week or it never happens.
