About this template
A 1-on-1 belongs to the report. Status updates can go in a message. It goes stale when there is no agenda and the same topics roll over for months.
The meeting repeats every two weeks with its steps inside. Between meetings, both of you add topics to the agenda section, and actions sit in their own section with owners.
Tips from the template
- Name the project after your report and share it with them.
- Add topics to the agenda the day they come up, so the meeting starts with a list.
- Start every meeting with their topics.
