About this template
Before building, talk to twenty people who have the problem. This project schedules the outreach, the interviews as dated slots, the notes after each, and a synthesis session where the pattern either appears or does not.
Tips from the template
- Ask about the past ("when did you last...") never the future ("would you...").
- Write the notes within an hour of each call.
- The synthesis is the deliverable; block the time now.
