About this template
The first hire changes the company more than any later one. This project is the whole thing: what the role is for, where to find people, an interview loop you can run alone, the offer, the payroll and CPF setup, and a first week that does not waste them.
Tips from the template
- Write what the person will have done in six months before you write the job ad.
- Interview at least five people even if the first is good.
- Set up payroll and CPF before the start date, never after.
