About this template
Incorporation is a day of forms and three weeks of everything that follows. This list is the order that avoids the loop: the name and the secretary first, the bank account once ACRA has answered, then CorpPass, the accounting setup, and the insurance most new companies forget.
Tips from the template
- Decide the shareholding and the directors before you start; every form asks.
- The bank appointment is the slow step; book it the day ACRA approves.
- Put the UEN and the incorporation date in the first task once you have them.
