About this template
A deal without a next step and a date is a deal that is quietly dying. This board has a column for each stage, and every card is a deal with its next step as a sub-task and a due date on it.
Three example deals show how a card looks at different stages. Rename the stages to match how you sell.
Tips from the template
- One card per deal: company or person, and the value.
- Every card needs a dated next step. No date means it is stalled.
- Move a lost deal to Lost and write down why. Keep it; do not delete it.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Sales pipeline and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
