About this template
A launch is a date where a lot of people hear about something at once. The work before it is deciding what to say and to whom; the work after it is answering everyone who replied. This project covers both sides of the date.
Apply it with finishing set a week after launch day, or count forward from today if the date is still open.
Tips from the template
- Fix the launch date early and cut scope to meet it.
- Write the launch announcement before the page. It shows you what the page needs.
- Block the day after launch for replies.
