- A slow breakfastEvery Sun at 9:30Sit down to breakfast without a screen: kaya toast and kopi, eggs, whatever you like. Take your time.
- A proper lie-inEvery SunSleep up to an hour past your usual time, no alarm. Much more than that makes Monday harder.
- Look back on the weekEvery Sun at 11:00Ten minutes: what went well, what drained you, one thing to change. Write down one thing you are proud of.
- An hour just for youEvery Sun at 15:00An hour on something you enjoy: a hobby, a long shower and a face mask, a swim, a nap. Nothing useful required.
- Food ready for MondayEvery Sun at 17:00Thirty minutes: cook or buy for Monday and Tuesday, cut some fruit, pack the lunch boxes.
- An early nightEvery Sun at 22:00In bed half an hour earlier than usual, phone outside the room.
