About this template
Renovations run over because nobody wrote the phases down. This project does: the brief and budget, the contractor and permits, the build by trade, the snag list, and the last ten percent you hold back until it is done.
Tips from the template
- Set the handover date on the "Handover" task and work backwards.
- Photograph every stage; put the photos in the task.
- Hold ten percent of the payment until the snag list is empty.
