Best CRM for financial advisors, and how to pick one your team will still open in a month
A CRM only helps if you open it between meetings. Here are seven, who each one suits, what it costs, and which fit how advisors in Singapore actually sell.
We make ActivityTracker. It's on this list, and so are six CRMs that suit some advisors better.
Prices and descriptions are from each vendor's own site, read on 27 September 2026. They change, so check each vendor's page before you buy.
ActivityTracker
We make ActivityTracker.
Your clients, your WhatsApp chats and your week's numbers in one app on your phone. Link your WhatsApp number and every chat lands on the client's record, so the whole history is there before you call back. New enquiries get a reply within the minute from an agent that writes like you and offers times from your calendar. Clients you haven't spoken to in 30 days sit at the top of your list.
It also counts the work. Log a Set, an Opening or a Closing in one tap between meetings, put in your FYC goal and see the appointments each month needs, and check what a plan pays you before the meeting.
Best for: advisors in Singapore who prospect on WhatsApp, alone or on a team with a manager.
Pick something else if: you run a US advisory firm that needs households, AUM pipelines and archived email. Wealthbox or Redtail are built for that.
Price: SGD 34 a month per person, plus a one-time setup fee, from our pricing page.
Wealthbox
Wealthbox calls itself "CRM built for the way advisors actually work". It keeps every client and household with their history and notes, runs workflows across your team, tracks prospects and AUM opportunities in pipelines, and syncs email and calendar. It has a mobile app, 150+ integrations, an AI assistant and an AI notetaker add-on, and it's SOC 2 compliant.
Best for: US independent advisors and firms that work by email and need team workflows.
Pick something else if: your clients reach you on WhatsApp. The pages we read talk about email and calendar sync, not chat apps.
Price: Basic US$59, Pro US$75, Premier US$99 per user a month, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026. AI Notetaker add-on at an introductory US$49 per user a month. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Redtail
Redtail says it's trusted by 100,000+ financial advisors, and it claims the top market share for advisor CRM from the T3/Inside Information survey. Beside the CRM it sells Speak for compliant, archived texting, Imaging for documents and automatic email archiving, and it connects to 100+ tools including Orion, Schwab and eMoney. It's SOC 2 Type II certified and imports your data free.
Best for: US advisors whose compliance team needs every text and email archived.
Pick something else if: you're outside the US market it's built around, or you want your activity numbers and goals in the same place.
Price: Launch US$39 per user a month billed yearly or US$45 monthly, up to 5 users. Growth US$59 billed yearly or US$65 monthly, unlimited users, with Imaging and Speak. From their pricing page on 27 September 2026.
