Apps for financial advisors

Best apps for financial advisors: fewer apps, fewer bills

One app for each job in your week, from the first chat to the signed form, and which ones you can drop because another already does the job.

We make ActivityTracker. It's one of the six, and we say which jobs it doesn't do.

How we picked

  • One app per job, so you can see where two apps overlap and drop one.
  • Apps an advisor can start on their own, without a firm-wide rollout.
  • Prices you can read on the vendor's page.

ActivityTracker: clients, WhatsApp and your week

We make ActivityTracker.

Link your WhatsApp number and every chat lands on the client's record. Today's follow-ups sit at the top, overdue first, and clients you haven't spoken to in 30 days come up before they go cold. Log a Set, an Opening or a Closing in one tap, see the appointments your FYC goal needs this month, and file Friday's check-in with your numbers already filled in.

  • Best for: advisors in Singapore who prospect on WhatsApp.
  • What it replaces: the client spreadsheet, the separate WhatsApp inbox, the to-do app and the notes app.
  • What it doesn't do: signatures, or a booking page where clients pick a time themselves, so keep DocuSign and Calendly for those.
  • Price: SGD 34 a month per person, plus a one-time setup fee, from our pricing page.

WhatsApp Business app: talking to clients

WhatsApp says the Business app is built for small business owners: you get a business profile, a greeting when someone starts a chat and an away reply, plus a place to show your products and services with prices.

  • Best for: an advisor's own number, set up in an afternoon.
  • Where it stops: it holds the chat, not the client's record, follow-ups or your numbers. That's the job ActivityTracker adds on top.

Calendly: booking meetings

Calendly lets a client pick a time from your booking page. Its Standard plan adds unlimited event types, several calendars, reminders, payments, and an AI notetaker and assistant. Calendly says 20 million professionals use it.

  • Best for: clients who book themselves from a link.
  • Price: free plan with one event type; Standard US$10 and Teams US$16 per seat a month, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026.

Jump: meeting notes

Jump calls itself AI software for financial advisors. It takes meeting notes, preps you before the meeting, drafts follow-up emails and tasks, and syncs to your CRM or planning tools. It has a solution for insurance producers and says it supports 45,000+ financial professionals.

  • Best for: advisors with back-to-back client meetings and a CRM to sync notes into.
  • Price: US$100 per advisor a month, with a free trial, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026.

DocuSign: signatures

DocuSign sends documents for e-signature, stores signed agreements and reuses templates.

  • Best for: forms a client signs away from the meeting.
  • Price: Personal S$13 a month billed annually, 5 envelopes a month. Standard S$35 and Business Pro S$55 per user a month. From their pricing page on 27 September 2026.

Wealthbox: client records for US advisory firms

Wealthbox keeps clients and households with their history, runs team workflows and syncs email and calendar. See the full write-up in our CRM list.

  • Best for: US firms that work by email.
  • Price: from US$59 per user a month, 14-day free trial, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026.
