About this template
The first case with a new client is where trust is won or lost, and it has a dozen steps that are easy to lose between calls. This project lists them in order: the fact-find, the needs analysis, the recommendation, the application, underwriting, delivery and the first follow-up.
Name the project after the client. The dates assume a case that closes in about a month; drag them if yours runs faster.
Tips from the template
- Rename the project to the client's name and add them in Contacts.
- Put the fact-find findings in the first task's description so the whole case reads from one row.
- Log each meeting in the Log as you complete its task.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find New client onboarding and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
