About this template
An annual review is the easiest meeting to skip and the one that keeps a client for twenty years. This project is the review for one client: pull their file, check what changed, meet, and act on what came up.
Tips from the template
- One copy per client; name it after them.
- Set the meeting date first and the preparation tasks fall the week before.
- Anything that becomes a case gets its own project from the New client onboarding template.
