About this template
An escalation is a customer who has been failed twice. This project is one case run properly: the facts in an hour, one named owner, an update every day whether or not there is news, the fix, and the note that stops it happening again.
Tips from the template
- Name the project after the customer and the issue.
- The daily update goes out even when there is nothing new.
- The lesson task is the reason to do the rest.
