About this template
Resolutions fail because they are wishes, like "get fit" or "save more", with no action attached. By February they are gone.
This project turns each resolution into one small weekly action with a monthly check-in and a review at the end of the year.
Tips from the template
- Pick two or three. Ten is too many to keep.
- Make the weekly action small enough to do on a bad week.
- If you miss a month, start again at the next check-in.
