About this template
Kanban does two things. It shows all your work as cards in columns, and it limits how many cards can be in Doing at once. The limit is what makes it work: when Doing is full, you finish something before you start something.
Three is a good limit for one person. The column name reminds you of it.
Tips from the template
- Put everything in To do. Order it with the most important at the top.
- Pull a card into Doing only when there are fewer than three there.
- Clear the Done column every Friday.
