About this template
A bug report nobody can reproduce wastes a developer's morning. This board asks for the steps, the expected result and the actual result on every card, then moves the bug through triage, the fix, review and a check by the person who reported it.
Priority carries severity: urgent for anything that loses data or money, high for a broken main flow.
Tips from the template
- Copy the example card's description for every new bug.
- Triage daily so nothing sits in Reported for more than a day.
- Only the reporter or QA moves a card to Verified.
How to use it in Palby Planner
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Bug tracker and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
