Where Morgen is strong

Morgen is a calendar planner for people with a lot of calendars. It joins Google, Outlook, Apple and Fastmail in one app, pulls tasks from Notion, ClickUp, Linear or Todoist into your calendar, and its AI Planner helps block out the day. It has a booking page, apps for Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile, and says 248,000+ professionals use it. If your tasks live in another app, it fits better.

The three differences that matter

The list lives in the planner

No task app to connect. Type "dentist fri 3pm" and it is on Friday at 3pm. Today shows what is due, and Upcoming the next 14 days.

Home is part of the plan

Routines come back on the days you pick, with a Telegram nudge if they slip. Habits keep a streak. Both sit on the timetable beside your work.

Notes and capture from a chat

Notes sit in folders beside your tasks, with voice notes. Type, say or snap something in a Telegram message, and it's filed as a task or a note.

Switching in three steps

  1. Book a 30-minute walkthrough and see the timetable on your own Google Calendar.
  2. Add this week's tasks. There's no import from Morgen or your task app yet.
  3. Block out tomorrow on the timetable, routines first.
