Where Any.do is strong

Any.do does a lot for no money: tasks, lists, reminders, a calendar and a daily planner on the US$0 Personal plan, with apps on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, the web, watch and Chrome. Premium adds recurring tasks and reminders in WhatsApp or by location, and a Family plan shares lists between four people. If you plan with your household, it fits better.

The three differences that matter

Habits and routines come with it

Type a habit once and tick it off as you go, with a streak and the last 30 days at a glance. Routines come back on the days you pick.

The day on a timetable

Your Google Calendar events and your tasks share the same hours. Drag a task onto one, or let Plan my day fill the gaps.

Send it from Telegram

Type, say or snap it in a Telegram message, and it's filed as a task or a note.

Switching in three steps

  1. Book a 30-minute walkthrough and see the planner on your own week.
  2. Add this week's tasks in one line each. There's no import from Any.do yet.
  3. Connect Google Calendar and set up the routines you do every week.
