About this template
Most small businesses set a price once and never look again. This project is a four-week review: the real cost of delivering, what the market charges, what customers have said, one controlled test, and the rollout with the message to existing customers.
Tips from the template
- Get the cost per unit right first; the rest depends on it.
- Test the new price on new customers only.
- Existing customers hear about a rise from you, with notice, before it happens.
