About this template

A new advisor's first ninety days decide whether they are still here at a year. This project is the manager's plan for one recruit. It says what gets set up in week one, what they must have done by day thirty, sixty and ninety, and which check-ins catch a slow start before it sets.

Share it with the recruit so they can tick their own progress.

Tips from the template

  • Name the project "Coaching: <name>", or share it into the coaching project you already have for them.
  • Their tasks go to them. The check-ins stay yours.
  • Day 30 and day 60 are the two conversations that matter most; book them on day one.
