About this template
Customers churn in the first ninety days when onboarding was a welcome email. This project is one customer's onboarding: kick-off, setup done with them, training for the people who will use it, and the check-ins that catch a stalled account.
Tips from the template
- Name the project after the customer.
- Define "live" with them in the kick-off.
- Log usage in the 30-day check; if it is zero, that is the whole conversation.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
