Client year
Days and times are the pack's own. Change any of them after you add it.
- Next month's policy anniversariesEvery month on the 1st at 9:00Pull the list of policies with anniversaries next month and message each client to book a short review. Open with what has changed in their life, not with a new product.
- Half-year fund checkTwice a year, from 15 JanSend each client with an investment-linked policy a short note on how their funds have done, and offer a review. Keep to the fund reports' facts; no forecasts.
- CPD hours before DecemberEvery year on 1 OctCount this year's CPD hours against what you need, ethics and rules hours included. Book anything missing now, before the December courses fill.
- Year-end top-up reminderEvery year on 1 NovMessage clients who top up CPF in cash or contribute to SRS for tax relief: the money must be in by 31 December to count for this year. Offer a short call to work out the amount.
- Next year's numbersEvery year on 15 DecSet next year's targets: clients reviewed, new clients, referrals, CPD hours. Put them where you will see them every Monday.
- Lunar New Year greetingsEvery year on 10 JanWrite a personal greeting to every client before the first day of the new year: a line about them, not a promotion. Do the same at Hari Raya, Deepavali or Christmas for clients who celebrate those.
About this pack
An advisor's year has a shape clients notice: a call near each policy anniversary, a note before the year-end tax deadline, a greeting at Lunar New Year. These routines put each one in the diary once, so it comes round every year without a scramble.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Routines and press Packs.
- 2Find Client year and open it. Every routine is ticked, with its day and time.
- 3Untick any you don't want. A routine you already have is shown, and it isn't added twice.
- 4Press Add. Each one reminds you on WhatsApp or Telegram when it is due, until you tick it off.

Link WhatsApp or Telegram and a message arrives at the routine's time, or at 10am if it has none, but only if it isn't done yet. Tap Done, snooze it, or mute that routine.
Yes. Every routine is yours once it's added: rename it, move its day or time, or delete it. Untick the ones you don't want before you add the pack.
Type it in one line, like "stretch daily at 9pm", and it becomes a routine with that day and time.
