About this template

Support staff run the office and nobody writes down how. This project is the first month for one hire: the accounts and access on day one, each process walked through in the first two weeks, and a check-in at thirty days.

Tips from the template

  • Share it with the new hire and assign the learning tasks to them.
  • Each process task should link to where the process is written down; if it is not, write it.
  • The day-30 check-in is where you find out what you never explained.
