About this template

A milestone (a qualifying level, a contest, the year-end number) is a gap divided by the weeks left. This project makes that arithmetic visible for one advisor and keeps the weekly check honest.

Tips from the template

  • Fill in the gap and the weekly number on day one.
  • The Monday task is the only one that matters: are we on the line or not?
  • When a week is missed, the weekly number goes up; write the new one.
