About this template

Some people think in dates rather than categories. This setup files every task by when you mean to do it: this week, next week, this month, or later. Nothing needs a due date until it reaches This week.

Every Friday you move work one step closer. The routine for that sits in This week.

Tips from the template

  • Only This week holds tasks with due dates.
  • If a task has been in Later for three months, delete it.
  • Keep This week to what fits in the week.
