About this template
Daily tasks and life goals usually live in different places, and the goals never get a task. This setup makes one project per level: purpose, a 3 to 5 year vision, goals for the next year or two, areas you keep up, current projects and next actions.
Review the lower levels often and the higher ones rarely. The review tasks are set to match.
Tips from the template
- Write the top two levels once, in a quiet hour.
- Every goal should have at least one current project.
- Actions are reviewed weekly, goals quarterly, vision and purpose yearly.
