About this template
This setup sorts everything by how active it is. Projects have a finish line. Areas are ongoing responsibilities with no end. Resources are topics you collect material on. The archive holds anything finished or no longer relevant.
Each one is a board, so you can see status at a glance. Things move between them over time: a finished project goes to the archive, a resource can become a project.
Tips from the template
- If it has a deadline, it is a project.
- Move finished projects to Archive rather than deleting them.
- Review all four boards once a month.
