About this template
Weeks planned around tasks tend to fill with work. Planning around roles asks a different question: what one thing would make me better at this role this week? This setup makes a project for each role with a weekly planning task and a few starter tasks.
Rename the roles to fit your life. Four to six is enough.
Tips from the template
- On Sunday, pick one thing per role for the week.
- Keep Self in the list. It is the role people drop first.
- If a role has nothing ticked off for a month, talk to the person it involves.
