About this template
A small content team needs to see three things: which pieces are at which stage, what goes out on which day, and who is doing what. This setup makes a board for production, a list for the publishing schedule and a project for the team routines.
Share all three projects with the team and assign each card to its owner.
Tips from the template
- One card per piece of content on the production board.
- The publishing schedule holds dates only. The work lives on the board.
- Keep the weekly meeting to 30 minutes.
