About this template
A list with 200 overdue tasks stops being useful; you stop opening it. This project walks through a reset: get everything into one place, delete or park what no longer matters, give the survivors a real date, and set up a small habit so it does not happen again.
Set aside about two hours for the first three sections.
Tips from the template
- Be ruthless. If it has been overdue for a month, it probably is not happening.
- Parked tasks go to Someday with no date.
- The daily and weekly routines at the end keep the list small.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
