About this template
GTD rests on one habit: get everything out of your head into lists you trust, then decide the next physical action for each thing. This project sets up those lists as sections, with a few starter tasks that show what belongs where.
The weekly review is the step most people skip, and the method stops working without it. It is set to repeat every Friday afternoon.
Tips from the template
- Capture into Inbox without sorting; sort once a day.
- Every item in Next actions starts with a verb you could do today.
- Use labels for context: calls, computer, errands.
