About this template
An objective is where you want to be; key results are the numbers that prove you got there. This project sets a quarter's OKRs: a drafting week, one section per objective with its key results as tasks, a weekly score check and an end-of-quarter grade.
Put the starting value and the target in each key result's description. Work that moves a number goes as sub-tasks under it.
Tips from the template
- Three objectives at most. Fewer is better.
- A key result is a number with a start and a target. If you can tick it off, it is a task.
- Score each key result from 0 to 1 every Monday; 0.7 by quarter end is good.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find OKRs and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
