About this template
A lapsed policy is lost income and, worse, a client without cover. This project is a monthly chase: pull the list, call before the grace period ends, help with the payment, and note who is struggling.
Tips from the template
- Pull the list on the first of the month; the calls are dated across the fortnight.
- One sub-task per policy under the call tasks.
- A client who cannot pay needs a conversation about options. Another reminder will not help them.
