About this template
The frog is the task you most want to avoid, and usually the one that matters most. Do it first and the rest of the day is easier. The method has two parts: choose the frog the evening before, and start on it before you open anything else.
The frog task repeats every workday. Rename it each evening to the actual job.
Tips from the template
- One frog a day. If there are two, pick the bigger one.
- No email or chat until the frog is done or you have given it an hour.
- Too big to finish in a morning? The frog is the first chunk.
