About this template
For a small business or freelancer with a handful of clients. Clients rarely leave over one bad day; they leave after months of nobody checking in, then a renewal nobody prepared for.
The project has a repeatable onboarding checklist, a regular check-in cadence, a renewals section with dates counted ahead, and a place for the accounts that need attention now.
Tips from the template
- Copy the onboarding task for each new client and put their name in the title.
- Add each client's renewal date to the renewals section.
- Move a client into At risk the moment they go quiet or complain.
