About this template
Most posts stall between a rough draft and the publish button, and most published posts are never shared past one social update. This project runs one post in the order the work happens, and keeps a promotion week at the end so the post gets read.
Rename the project to the working title. The dates count from the day you start; give yourself about two weeks.
Tips from the template
- Write the one-sentence point before you outline.
- Leave a day between the draft and the edit.
- Book the promotion days in your calendar when you book the writing days.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Blog post and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
