How it works

  1. Tap the face closest to your mood. That's the check-in.
  2. Come back when you feel like it. Skipped days stay blank, and nothing happens.
  3. Look at the month when you want to. Print it, or clear it and start again.

What you can read from it

A month of colour shows you things you might not remember: a run of low days, a good week, a day that's often rough. It can't tell you why, and it doesn't try. If you want to think about the why, try a journal prompt.

Common questions

What's a mood chart?

It's a record of your mood over time, usually a grid with one square for each day.

Where's my chart kept?

In this browser on this device. It isn't sent anywhere. If you clear your browser's data or switch devices, it won't come with you.

Can I log more than one mood a day?

Not here. One tap a day keeps it quick, and tapping again changes it.

Can it tell me if something's wrong?

No. It's a record you read yourself, with no score. If your month worries you, show it to someone you trust or a doctor.
