For agency managers

See the team's pace every day, not when the month's FYC comes in.

Your advisors log Sets, Openings and Closings in one tap. You see each pledge against the week, who's gone quiet and who'll miss their FYC target if nothing changes, while there's time to help.

Six moments

Your month, from Monday's meeting to the 1:1

01Monday morning

See last week's Sets and Openings without chasing them.

Your advisors log Sets, Openings and Closings in one tap as they go. The board shows each advisor's pledge beside what they logged, and marks who's under the bar you set, so Monday starts with names instead of a chase.

  • Each advisor's pledge beside their points
  • A bar you set, like 30% of the pledge, marked hit or miss
  • Last week, this month or any dates you pick

02An advisor goes quiet

Spot the advisor who stopped prospecting in week one, not when FYC comes in.

Anyone with nothing logged for 7 days lands on your Gone quiet list, longest first. Two weeks and three weeks are marked too, so you can tell a slow week from a problem.

  • Flagged after 7 days with nothing logged
  • 14 and 21 days marked on the list
  • Sorted by who's been quiet longest

03The middle of the month

Know in the middle of the month who'll miss their FYC target.

Enter each advisor's FYC as the month's results come in. The Manager tab puts their run rate beside the target from their pledge, and works out what each month still needs, off-pace advisors first.

  • Year-to-date FYC, run rate and target, side by side
  • What each advisor still needs per month
  • Off pace first, biggest gap first

See who needs more Sets and who needs help closing.

The Manager tab plots activity from the last 30 days against FYC and splits the team four ways: at risk, working but not closing, pipeline drying up, and performing. Tap a group and you get the names.

  • At risk: low activity, low FYC
  • Working, not closing: plenty of activity, little FYC
  • Pipeline drying up: good FYC, little new activity

Reward the Sets, not just the closed cases.

Points count the Sets and Openings, not just the cases that close, so a new advisor's week shows even when nothing signs.

  • Sets and closed cases posted to your Telegram group
  • See who logged today, and send a cheer to whoever hasn't
  • Routine packs like daily prospecting calls, sent to several advisors at once

06The 1:1

Know what to ask each advisor before the 1:1 starts.

Open an advisor's file for one thing to open with and two questions from their Friday check-in, in their own words. Tick an action from your notes and it goes on their list.

  • One thing to open with, and one to recognise
  • Two questions from their check-in
  • Actions reach the advisor once you tick them
