WhatsApp chatbot builder for financial advisors, property agents and sales reps

Stop typing the same three questions to every new enquiry.

Build a WhatsApp bot that says hello, asks what they want, their budget and when, and saves the answers to their card. It runs from your own number, and you step in when they're ready.

A new WhatsApp chat at 11pm gets a hello and a numbered question, the answers fill the client card, a ready buyer is handed to a teammate, and a free time is booked into the calendar.

Six moments

Your first chats, asked the same way every time

0111pm, a new chat

A new chat at 11pm gets a hello and a question, not silence.

Someone messages you for the first time and your bot answers from your number, with your hello and your first question. Outside your hours it can say when you'll be back, and still ask.

  • Starts the moment a new chat does
  • A different hello outside your hours
  • Sent from the WhatsApp number you already use
New chat, Hannah Lee

Outside your hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 7pm)

02The same three questions

Budget, timing and what they want, saved to their card for you.

Ask in the order you always do. Each answer is checked and saved to their card or as a tag, so you read it at a glance instead of scrolling back.

  • Choices sent as a numbered list, so "2" is an answer
  • Numbers, dates and emails checked as they come in
  • Answers saved to their card or as a tag
Chat and card, Hannah Lee

What are you looking for? 1. A quote 2. A call back 3. Just some info

03When the answer doesn't fit

A messy answer gets asked again, not a dead end.

Someone types "maybe after the holidays" to a question with three choices. AI can read it and pick the choice they meant, and if it still doesn't fit, the bot asks again.

  • AI reads answers written in their own words
  • Asks again, up to the number of times you set
  • No reply? A different path after the wait you choose
Ask a question: when would you like to start?
Asked again 0 of 1

When would you like to start? 1. This month 2. In 3 months 3. Just looking

04The ready ones

Hand the ready ones to you or a teammate, with their answers on the card.

Branch on their answers. The ones buying this month come to you or the next teammate in turn, and the rest get the guide they asked for.

  • If / else on any answer they gave
  • Handed to you, a teammate or whoever's next in turn
  • A ping to your team group when one's ready
If / else, Hannah Lee

If "When" is This month

05Booking the meeting

Your free times, offered in the chat, booked into Google Calendar.

The bot offers a few of your free times from your booking page. They reply with a number, and the meeting lands in your Google Calendar with a link back to the chat.

  • 3 to 6 of your free times, offered in the chat
  • They reply with the number of the time they want
  • A link back to the chat in the calendar event

06Building one

Skip the blank start: pick a ready-made bot and change the words.

Start from a welcome message, an away message, a chat menu or "find out what they need", or describe it in a sentence and AI drafts the steps. Rehearse it in a test chat before you publish.

  • Ready-made chats to start from
  • Or describe it and AI drafts the steps for you to check
  • A test chat where you play the client
New chatbot
  1. 1Chat starts
  2. 2Send your hello
  3. 3Ask: what are you looking for?
  4. 4Hand to you

And the small stuff, handled.

A referral becomes a card: ask for a friend's name and number, and the bot adds them to your book.
A private note: the bot can leave your team a note on the chat that the client never sees.
Your other apps: send the answers to a Zapier, Make, Slack or Lark link.
An email too: a step can email them the guide as well as sending it on WhatsApp.
Keyword replies: a reply rule answers "price" the same way every time, no AI involved.

Stop typing the same questions this week.

Pick the chat you have most often and start from the ready-made one.
