Thanks for your message - [Your name] here. I am with a client right now and will come back to you this afternoon. If it is urgent, say so and I will jump on it sooner.

What it does

Publish it on the mornings you are back to back. Anybody who writes in hears that you have seen them and when you will answer, rather than nothing.

How to use it in ActivityTracker

  1. 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
  2. 2Pick the one called "Holding reply while you are with a client". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
  3. 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
  4. 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.

It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.
