Yes. Every message, question and wait is yours to rewrite in the builder, and you can add or remove steps before you publish.

How to use it in ActivityTracker

1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
2Pick the one called "Chat menu: main menu". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
