Every message as it is sent. The app puts your own name and business where it says [Your name] and [Your business], {{Name}} is the contact's first name, and a word that starts with $ is filled in from the chat.

What it does
Anybody tagged client skips the greeting and the menu and lands on you, named, with what they said already in front of you.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Existing clients come straight to you". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.
