What it does
When contacts first message your business, respond with a chat menu offering self-service options and a way to speak to you. The answer to Products is left blank for you to write, so it cannot publish until it says something true about your business.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Simple chat menu". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
