About this template

In the Getting Things Done method, the weekly review is the habit that keeps your lists trustworthy. Skip it for a few weeks and the lists fill with stale tasks you stop believing.

This is one task that repeats every Friday, with the review steps as sub-tasks in three groups. It takes about an hour.

Tips from the template

  • Move it to a time you are unlikely to be interrupted.
  • Work through the steps in order.
  • If you only have 20 minutes, do the first group.
