About this template
Weeknight dinners go wrong at 7pm, when nobody has decided what to cook and the fridge is half empty. Planning the week once saves the daily decision and cuts waste.
The routine runs in three steps that repeat each week: plan, shop, prep. The dinner slots are a simple grid you fill in during planning.
Tips from the template
- Fill in the dinner slots when you plan on Friday.
- Keep a list of ten meals everyone likes and rotate them.
- Leave one night for leftovers or eating out.
