About this template
A job search is a long run of small tasks and silences. Without a system, applications blur, follow-ups get missed and a good lead goes cold.
The project starts with preparation, then runs a weekly rhythm of applications and outreach. Each application gets its own task with its steps inside, and interviews have a prep checklist.
Tips from the template
- Add one task per application with the company and role in the title.
- Label applications waiting once sent and set a follow-up date.
- Keep the weekly tasks going until you sign.
